The Corsham Area Board is holding a Health Fair at the Springfield Community Campus on the afternoon of the 20th November ahead of a Health themed Area Board that will follow on immediately.
The Health Fair will run between 2.30pm and 5pm and will feature groups and organisations providing health advice and will include a slipper exchange for the elderly, an opportunity to see the leisure facilities and to test your own personal health. The attached poster provides more information.
During the Health Fair there will be a Dementia Friends Session run between 4.1 5pm and 5.15pm – to learn more about dementia and how to become a ‘dementia friend’.
The Corsham Area Board will be held between 5.30pm til 7pm – an earlier start than usual for the Corsham Area Board and it is hoped that people will stay from the Health Fair. In particular people are invited to learn more about Wiltshire’s new Better Care Plan which will be presented at the Meeting.
